The staff were so kind. The room was beautiful. It was also very clean. Breakfast offered several good options. I used my vouchers from the staff to purchase a nice purse from the shop next door, it's a lovely souvenir. The location is great, so close to everything. The street also has many bars and restaurants.

The frosted windows in the room felt a little stuffy.

The hotel provides plug converters which is very useful. The onsen is open with excellent hours, from 3 PM until 9 AM, perfect before and after a day exploring. Artistic gardening provides a calming atmosphere.

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast. You can choose a set meal or a buffet. The steamed marinated chicken breast stands out, it is tender. Both options were delicious and plentiful.

i stayed in a well-appointed room that was a decent size. the toiletries provided included a luxurious shampoo and they left my hair soft. i particularly chose this hotel because of its public bath. it did not disappoint after a day of sightseeing.

the hotel only has two washing machines available . i had to queue for a while to use the laundry facilities. additional machines would significantly improve convenience .

i was charmed by the japanese ambiance. the public bath gave me a way to relax after a day of exploring. the availability of coin laundry was a great bonus, i find it super useful. the staff were always so kind.

the room was little smaller that i expect. the location is convenient, it needs a long walk from subway with luggage. i needed a desk to working on laptop and i had to search for a coffee shop.

there were only two washing machine in the laundry, i waited hours. securing a machine took until 11:30 p.m., my laundry finished after 1 a.m.
